About This Role
- Provide end-to-end HR operational support ensuring compliance with global policies and high data integrity.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries via ServiceNow, resolving or escalating cases as appropriate.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including maintaining knowledge bases and supporting HR system transactions and testing (e.g., Workday).
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Case Management, or HR Service Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HR administration and transaction processing.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
