Mid-level, generalist business finance role in Delhi NCR with broad responsibilities, leading to high competition.

6–9 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering.
Educational Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow analysis, and advanced MS Excel skills.
Location: Delhi (Head Office). Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho etc.) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, D2C, Distribution, Fintech or other high-growth multi-location/multi-state businesses.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Track record of driving financial discipline, margin improvement, budgeting accuracy, and process automation in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
