About This Role
- Lead middleware strategy and delivery for Accounts Payable and Tax finance systems modernization, including SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms (GCP).
- Manage a 15-member team and oversee supplier delivery to ensure integration projects meet milestones and operational standards.
- Establish and scale a Middleware Centre of Excellence, driving integration architecture, governance, automation, and performance for secure and scalable middleware solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in middleware engineering, enterprise integration, or distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale enterprise integration programs.
- Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Apache Kafka, Apigee APIs, SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP integration, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and external vendors within complex, enterprise-scale finance transformation programs.
- Deep technical expertise in middleware architecture, event-driven systems, and API management, especially in SAP and cloud environments.
- Strategic operator focused on governance, automation, performance, and driving integration excellence across interconnected business domains (Accounts Payable and Tax).
