About This Role
- Gather and analyze customer requirements for RFP/RFI responses, ensuring complete capture of functional and non-functional needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, architects, tech leads) to design, propose, and demonstrate accurate solutions to customers.
- Support delivery and quality assurance teams with testing, integration, UAT, and change management to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically in BFSI domain.
- Mandatory skill: Business Analysis in BFSI domain.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (implied onsite requirement).
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced BA capable of bridging client and delivery teams with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrates strategic ownership over solutioning and delivery by managing end-to-end RFP/RFI processes and ensuring business impact.
- Has domain expertise in BFSI with ability to contribute knowledge artifacts like whitepapers and reusable components enhancing business value.
