About This Role
- Create and write diverse digital content including social media posts, reels, videos, ads, and banners to boost brand presence.
- Research trends, facts, and competitors to develop innovative, engaging, and Gen Z-targeted content across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new ideas, maintain content consistency, edit team outputs, and analyze content performance for optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven prior work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research skills and excellent English writing and editing abilities.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z preferences and experience creating engaging social media content (including reels, storyboarding, scripting).

- Experience working in fast-paced, digital content environments with multi-platform content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to create viral and shareable content tailored toward Gen Z audience.
