Proven experience migrating high-volume subscriber databases (10M+ records) with zero consent data loss from platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or legacy SFMC to Marketing Cloud Next.

Hands-on expertise with Marketing Cloud Next platform components (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.), Salesforce Data Cloud, and ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud, Talend, MuleSoft, or Azure Data Factory.

Experienced professional services leader with deep technical and architectural expertise in marketing cloud migrations and data architecture at enterprise scale.

Strong strategic focus on compliance-driven subscriber and consent data migration aligned with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and POPI regulations.

Capable of driving high-impact technical initiatives and evolving AI-first delivery methodologies within a global delivery practice environment.
