About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of up to 8 architects and managers specializing in Marketing Cloud Next migrations, providing technical direction and mentorship.
- Serve as Senior Technical Architect for end-to-end marketing platform migrations (from Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, legacy SFMC) to Marketing Cloud Next, responsible for solution design, data architecture, subscriber and journey migration strategies.
- Own the Data Cloud unified profile design and migration blueprint ensuring data integrity, compliance and zero business disruption with 50% billable time, interfacing with customers and partners to solve complex business challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects with individual contributor and team leadership responsibility.
- 8+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience migrating high-volume subscriber databases (10M+ records) with zero consent data loss from platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or legacy SFMC to Marketing Cloud Next.
- Hands-on expertise with Marketing Cloud Next platform components (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.), Salesforce Data Cloud, and ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud, Talend, MuleSoft, or Azure Data Factory.

- Experienced professional services leader with deep technical and architectural expertise in marketing cloud migrations and data architecture at enterprise scale.
- Strong strategic focus on compliance-driven subscriber and consent data migration aligned with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and POPI regulations.
- Capable of driving high-impact technical initiatives and evolving AI-first delivery methodologies within a global delivery practice environment.
