About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical architecture of a multi-service platform including backend (Java/Spring Boot), frontend (Angular, Electron), AI/ML services (Python FastAPI), and cloud infrastructure (AWS primarily).
- Lead design and delivery of integrations with external HRMS/ATS systems, handling data sync, SSO, webhooks, and API/file-based exchanges.
- Drive architecture security, scalability, observability (Grafana, Sentry), CI/CD pipeline setup, and act as primary technical contact in client discussions and pre-sales.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-14 years of software engineering experience with minimum 3+ years in system architecture ownership for production applications.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Mandatory technical skills: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, MongoDB, Redis, Python FastAPI, Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Electron, WebSocket, CI/CD pipelines, authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC).
- Prior experience in HR-tech, staffing, recruitment, or workforce-management platforms strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect comfortable owning multi-layer software platforms combining backend, frontend, AI services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions and to engage directly in pre-sales and client technical discussions.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments with dominant AWS usage and experience with secure, scalable enterprise integrations, especially in HR-related domains.
