About This Role
- Partner with VFX Producer and Supervisors to create, implement, and manage show asset and shot schedules including vendor coordination.
- Act as liaison between client-side and ILM Production teams, manage production crew, and handle communication across ILM global sites.
- Lead production operations in Producer’s absence, run bid meetings, manage budgets with Producer, and oversee training for Production Coordinators and Assistants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years production experience including strong knowledge of Visual Effects techniques and terminology.
- Strong scheduling experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel; knowledge of UNIX; familiarity with Google Suite is favourable.
- Work Experience Required: 7 years minimum in production including VFX domain.

- Experienced in managing complex VFX production schedules and vendor relationships in a studio environment.
- Capable of operational leadership and cross-functional coordination including remote/global teams.
- Strong strategic ability in resource utilization, problem-solving, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
