About This Role
- Manage end-to-end booking-to-settlement financial transaction cycle including reconciliations of BSP, GDS, payment gateways, vendor payables, agent commissions, and refunds.
- Own month-end and year-end close of Finance Operations sub-ledgers (AP, AR, gateway, commissions) and deliver unit-level profitability analyses and operational MIS to leadership.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Reconciliation Specialists and drive finance process automation, standardization, internal controls, and compliance with Ind AS and tax regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of progressive accounting and finance operations experience including minimum 3 years in team leadership roles.
- Mandatory Chartered Accountant qualification with a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and advanced MS Excel; proficiency in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Indian tax laws including GST and TDS.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or aviation sector with exposure to BSP settlements, GDS, DMC/aggregator payouts, and payment gateway operations.

- Strong domain expertise in travel or hospitality finance operations including BSP and GDS reconciliation and payment gateway mechanics.
- Analytical, detail-oriented professional with demonstrated ability to implement process automation, enforce internal controls, and collaborate cross-functionally including with Treasury and Tax teams.
