About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of large business programs, managing scope, schedules, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and engineering teams to maximize business value and unblock project issues.
- Mentor junior program managers and build strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- 10-15 years of program management experience in technology companies with international trade, ecommerce, or logistics background.
- Experience launching large revenue-generating initiatives from scratch.
- Experience mentoring junior program managers.
