About This Role
- Lead full lifecycle of certification assessment development including Job Task Analysis, exam blueprinting, item development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with SMEs, psychometricians, and governance committees to ensure assessments measure required professional knowledge and skills accurately.
- Manage multiple certification programs, coordinate stakeholders, and enhance assessment quality, scalability, and compliance within certification governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in psychology, assessment, education, cybersecurity, business, technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in professional certification, assessment development, credentialing, or psychometrics.
- Proven expertise in Job Task Analysis, exam blueprinting, item development, content validation, and psychometric principles including validity, reliability, and standard setting.
- Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years; Location: Remote; Ability to provide legal authorization to work in designated country.

- Experienced program manager with deep knowledge of high-stakes professional certification and psychometric assessment processes.
- Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder projects involving SMEs, psychometricians, and governance to deliver accredited, standards-driven certification programs.
- Operationally strong in applying psychometric and assessment principles in regulated environments, preferably with cybersecurity or technology sector exposure.
