Experienced professional comfortable operating in 24x7 global telecom roaming operations supporting multiple markets and complex international environments.
Proven ability to perform structured troubleshooting and independent technical analysis in high-impact operational settings involving multi-vendor platforms.
Familiar with end-to-end roaming service assurance processes, incident management, and cross-functional coordination with global technical teams.
