Experienced professional with deep operational expertise in Transfer Agency functions, comfortable independently managing non-standard and escalated issues.
Demonstrates accountability and proactive monitoring skills to maintain service levels and operational compliance in a dynamic, shift-based environment.
Capable of balancing client communication and internal collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency in a regulated financial services context.
