- Manage overall facility operations of residential apartments including technical and soft services.
- Oversee site staff, monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and safety services, and handle complaints and emergencies.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential apartments with technical and soft services.
- Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical.
- Work location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years as stated, minimum 2+ years specified in the description.

- Candidate with hands-on experience managing residential facility operations including technical and soft services.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders including residents, site staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to monitor service quality, operational expenses, and prepare MIS reports regularly.
