About This Role
- Own daily cash and position reconciliations, including break assignments for the Emerging Markets (EM) Fixed Income team.
- Manage daily review and tracking of derivative trade confirmations and support EMIR and MAS reporting inquiries.
- Provide operational support to EM Trading Assistants across US, UK, and Singapore and handle accounting-related inquiries and ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or related field.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products and basic financial concepts demonstrated through coursework or job experience.
- Strong attention to detail and quantitative aptitude.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting Emerging Markets Fixed Income or related trading operations with multi-regional coordination (US, UK, Singapore).
- Proven ability to manage daily operational tasks such as reconciliations, trade confirmation reviews, and cash management.
- Strong communication skills suitable for interacting with internal teams and external counterparties on regulatory and accounting matters.
