About This Role
- Design, build, and operate enterprise analytics, reporting (Power BI), and automation applications using Microsoft Fabric, Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Establish and maintain Microsoft Fabric architecture, manage platform governance, environment strategies, and collaborate with security/IT for compliance.
- Develop AI-powered automations including agentic AI workflows, RAG-powered analytics copilots, ML pipelines, and implement LLMOps and AI governance for measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
- 3+ years hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric components and hands-on Python for ML/GenAI production solutions.
- Working knowledge of RAG concepts, environment/security management, and data governance best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale analytics platform design and governance with cross-cloud familiarity (Azure, GCP).
- Capable of translating complex business needs into scalable, secure AI and data engineering solutions with operational monitoring.
- Skilled in AI/ML productionization including LLMOps/model monitoring, with proven track record of delivering measurable efficiencies or defect reductions.
