Tier-1 employer, metro location, mid-level SDET with broad full-stack and AI-testing needs increases competition.
Requires AI-agent testing, EDA-run integration, and platform release certification, limiting cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 3–5 years plus many mandatory automation, AI-agent, and infra skills make filters strict.
Own end-to-end quality and release certification for a full-stack AI-native platform including UI, API, data, async job, and AI-agent layers.
Build and maintain durable full-stack automated test suites (unit, API, integration, E2E, non-functional, AI-agent evaluation) and define release exit criteria with go/no-go decision authority.
Leverage AI coding agents responsibly to design test strategy, generate and maintain tests, triage defects, and continuously reduce defect escape rates without impacting delivery.
3 to 5 years experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET role with release certification ownership for production systems.
Proficient in UI test automation with Playwright (or equivalent) for React/Next.js apps and API/backend test automation using pytest or similar frameworks including REST and GraphQL.
Experience with asynchronous/event-driven system testing (Redis, Airflow), non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security), Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Demonstrable practical use of AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in test automation with ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs.
Experienced in full-stack testing across modern web technologies and asynchronous distributed systems in AI-native environments.
Comfortable owning independent release go/no-go decisions based on data-driven quality metrics and cross-functional defect triage.
Skilled at integrating AI-assisted test generation into robust frameworks, balancing automation scale with test reliability and maintainability.
