About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality and release certification for a full-stack AI-native platform including UI, API, data, async job, and AI-agent layers.
- Build and maintain durable full-stack automated test suites (unit, API, integration, E2E, non-functional, AI-agent evaluation) and define release exit criteria with go/no-go decision authority.
- Leverage AI coding agents responsibly to design test strategy, generate and maintain tests, triage defects, and continuously reduce defect escape rates without impacting delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET role with release certification ownership for production systems.
- Proficient in UI test automation with Playwright (or equivalent) for React/Next.js apps and API/backend test automation using pytest or similar frameworks including REST and GraphQL.
- Experience with asynchronous/event-driven system testing (Redis, Airflow), non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security), Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Demonstrable practical use of AI coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in test automation with ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs.
