About This Role
- Understand requirements and author test cases with prepared test data for various testing phases including smoke, exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Execute test cases, log defects, re-validate fixes, and generate test execution reports ensuring quality assurance impact analysis for client requested changes.
- Provide daily status reports, progress updates, and timesheets; optionally handle test case automation, prepare project-specific documentation, and engage in client communication as required.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-1 years of work experience in software quality assurance or related roles.
- Educational qualification: B.Tech/BE in CSE/IT, MCA, or MSc IT.
- Proficient in performing and executing multiple testing types including smoke, exploratory, functional, performance, integration, regression testing.
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with a focus on understanding requirements and accurately authoring and executing test cases across testing types.
- Capable of defect logging, verification, and performing QA impact analysis on client change requests.
- Able to provide consistent daily status reporting and comfortable engaging in client communication and documentation when required.
