About This Role
- Lead design, development, and documentation of test automation frameworks for embedded medical device software.
- Perform Verification and Validation, including unit, integration, and system testing, translating requirements into test designs.
- Create and manage Verification and Validation plans, collaborate with global R&D teams to define test strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years experience in embedded software development, verification and validation, including team leadership in test development and automation.
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Python with experience in test fixture development involving hardware and software.
- Experience with hardware diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators, DMMs, logic analyzers.

- Experienced leader with proven ability managing test automation teams in embedded software for medical devices.
- Proficient in both software programming and hardware troubleshooting, capable of understanding schematics and datasheets.
- Able to collaborate effectively with globally distributed R&D teams and handle complex electro-mechanical system debugging.
