Hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance for web and mobile applications covering functional, regression, API, integration, performance and exploratory testing.
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and API/performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, JMeter).
Experience defining release flows, quality gates, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and using defect/test management tools like Jira.
Strong expertise in establishing and improving quality assurance practices beyond manual testing, including test automation and AI-assisted QA workflows.
Comfortable working in international, multicultural, mission-driven environments, preferably with exposure to agriculture, supply chain, ERP/CRM systems, or low-connectivity conditions.
Operates well embedded in agile squads, managing defect triage and continuous quality improvement, engaging directly with diverse end users to ensure product usability in challenging real-world contexts.
