About This Role
- Own configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of encryption and tokenization security tools for the bank's Data Security function.
- Manage incident and change requests within SLA, maintain tool platform proactively, and lead technology refresh/system upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and engineering teams to address technical issues; perform system administration and user acceptance testing to support Security Production operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of IT experience, preferably in banking domain.
- Proficient in encryption technologies including Tokenization, Key Management, HSM services, and Public Key Infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), scripting languages (Shell, Python), REST protocols, and version control tools (Git, Azure ADO).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Security Product Certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering background with a solid understanding of enterprise data lifecycle, security principles, and crypto lifecycle management.
- Experience managing complex platform support environments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies in large-scale deployments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, ITSM tools, DevOps adoption, and ability to document processes and improvements thoroughly.
