Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Security Product Certification is a plus.
Strong engineering background with a solid understanding of enterprise data lifecycle, security principles, and crypto lifecycle management.
Experience managing complex platform support environments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies in large-scale deployments.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, ITSM tools, DevOps adoption, and ability to document processes and improvements thoroughly.
