About This Role
- Lead design, development, and architecture of enterprise-level, horizontally scalable, highly available, resilient, and low latency applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver high quality full-stack code using Python, Java, React, and related technologies.
- Oversee all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support; also provide SME support and coaching to junior programmers.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years total work experience with at least 3-4 years specifically in Python and Java development.
- Strong experience in systems analysis, application programming, and managing successful projects.
- Proficient with Microservices architecture, SQL and major RDBMS, Unix/Linux commands, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure (OpenShift, AWS, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior full-stack developer with strong hands-on skills in Python, Java, and React in large-scale, high-volume enterprise environments.
- Capable of independently leading architecture and delivery of resilient, scalable applications with knowledge of event-driven design and cloud infrastructure.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders with proven ability to operate under pressure and provide strategic technical advisory and coaching.
