About This Role
- Develop and maintain software tools, automation frameworks, and scalable CI/CD pipelines enhancing embedded medical device development lifecycle.
- Automate workflows including build, test, validation, release, compliance and integration of testing frameworks like SIL/HIL to improve product quality and engineering productivity.
- Create metrics dashboards, support infrastructure as code, and evaluate AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize software quality and release efficiency in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in software engineering, DevOps, developer tools, test automation, or CI/CD.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, JavaScript; experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps; knowledge of Linux development and container technologies (Docker).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor capable of independently managing moderately complex projects and delivering technical solutions for software tools/automation in regulated medical device context.
- Familiar with embedded software development, automated testing frameworks (SIL, HIL), and compliance automation in regulated industries, preferrably medical devices.
- Able to develop and improve engineering productivity through automation, metrics creation, and leveraging AI technologies in software development workflows.
