About This Role
- Lead applications systems analysis, design, development, and implementation for multiple or large-scale projects.
- Own and manage technology domain's safety and soundness from a risk and control perspective, including leading tech risk remediation and cybersecurity vulnerability management.
- Manage cross-functional teams, drive strategy, oversee all software development phases, and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in application development, systems analysis, and programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong expertise as Subject Matter Expert in applications programming and client core business functions.
- Experience leading technology risk remediation and managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities; familiarity with compliance, third party risk, and vulnerability assessments.

- Experienced senior technology leader with demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills in large or complex application development environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business and regulatory goals.
