About This Role
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Cyber Fusion Center including security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, detection engineering, and security automation.
- Own and enhance enterprise security platforms: email security, endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, and related incident response processes with measurable improvements.
- Develop and execute cybersecurity operational metrics, incident response plans, tabletop exercises, and lead major security incident coordination with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, IT, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including managing security operations capabilities like SOC, Cyber Fusion Center, or incident response teams.
- 2-4 years of experience leading teams of 10-15 cybersecurity professionals in a high-performance setting.
- Hands-on leadership with enterprise email security, endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, incident response, and security monitoring technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader adept at managing cross-functional cybersecurity teams and aligning operations with business risk and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in developing and improving incident response plans, escalation procedures, and operational readiness documentation within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to handle high-priority security incidents end-to-end including coordination of technical response, stakeholder communications, and post-incident lessons learned.
