About This Role
- Coordinate daily trade processing, settlements, FX and cash operations for securities custody supporting local and offshore clients in GTB – Investor Services.
- Manage team activities to ensure quality and SLA adherence, monitor volume inflow, allocate resources effectively, and handle peak season volume surges.
- Mitigate operational risks, ensure compliance with internal/external guidelines, support stakeholder collaboration, and handle BAU including FX/Cash processing, regulatory reporting, break analysis, and escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/B.Com or equivalent).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in securities settlements, custody operations, or related field.
- Exposure to Indian capital markets, settlements, or custody operations preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication; proven ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows.
