Must have minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist (D1) or Senior Specialist (C2) with at least 'On-Track' or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
Role located in Gurgaon; hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in office.
Experienced in using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Planner, or Jira for reporting and portfolio visibility.
Familiarity with analytics, consulting/professional services delivery, insurance, or financial services environments.
Demonstrated ability to improve and standardize delivery processes and documentation.
