About This Role
- Manage day-to-day execution of multiple analytics initiatives including maintaining structure, driving follow-ups, and escalating blockers.
- Provide clear, actionable status updates and summaries regarding progress, next steps, risks/issues, and decisions needed to stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting to ensure visibility into project health, milestones, and dependencies for leaders and delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, analytics, risk/insurance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, operations, or client delivery support roles.
- Must have minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist (D1) or Senior Specialist (C2) with at least 'On-Track' or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
- Role located in Gurgaon; hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Planner, or Jira for reporting and portfolio visibility.
- Familiarity with analytics, consulting/professional services delivery, insurance, or financial services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to improve and standardize delivery processes and documentation.
