Strong written and spoken English; experience in Finance operations, accounting services, ERP, EPM, data platforms, workflow, automation, or AI-enabled transformation is valued but not mandatory.
Demonstrated success in managing significant transformation initiatives within global, matrixed organisations involving multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
Strong business analysis skills including discovery, root-cause analysis, options development, and writing recommendations, combined with delivery discipline and evidence-based decision making.
Comfortable working with senior leaders and governance forums, capable of navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and focusing on sustainable benefit realisation beyond project completion.
