About This Role
- Develop, design, code, and test innovative AI-driven software applications to enhance digital transformation and business performance.
- Implement and uphold coding standards through code reviews and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Collaborate with client teams to deliver tailored AI and software solutions, including full-stack features and LLM-powered workflows for managed services automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (fields such as AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in software engineering or AI-related development.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Experience with React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, CI/CD, and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack AI software development including front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Python/FastAPI) technologies.
- Skilled at architecting and implementing LLM (Large Language Model) powered agent workflows using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Proficient in applying critical thinking to navigate complex client situations and deliver high-quality, client-focused software solutions.
