About This Role
- Develop and deploy innovative AI-driven software solutions to enable digital transformation and improve business performance across client projects.
- Design, code, test, and maintain full-stack applications using technologies like React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI, including architecting LLM-powered agent workflows with LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with clients and global teams to deliver high-quality, tailored software products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; preference stated but not mandatory for AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related domains.
- At least 4 years of professional work experience in software engineering or AI-related roles.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Experience with React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, full-stack development, and preferably knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end full-stack development, proficient in both front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Python/FastAPI) technologies combined with AI/ML integration.
- Demonstrates ability to navigate complex client scenarios and build strong client relationships, indicating a consultative and client-focused approach.
- Skilled in modern software engineering practices including code reviews, continuous integration/delivery, and architecting AI workflow solutions using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
