About This Role
- Lead and directly contribute to product design for complex B2B/SaaS enterprise planning software, owning user experience, interaction, visual design, and design systems.
- Define and execute a long-term product design vision in close partnership with Product and Engineering to simplify workflows and improve key product experiences.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product designers while maintaining hands-on involvement in design work and setting quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building and shipping complex B2B or SaaS product designs at scale.
- Strong full-stack product design skills in UX, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing design teams.
- Portfolio required showing product design quality, problem solving, complex workflow simplification, and system design.
