About This Role
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) with Python to address specific business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable AI-driven applications using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain GenAI models and APIs in production ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant proven experience as an AI Developer.
- Proficiency in Python and good understanding of multiple GenAI models (OpenAI, LLAMA2, Mistral) and local GPT setups using tools like ollama and lm studio.
- Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration tools like LangChain or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner experienced in applying prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques to real-world business problems using large language models.
- Comfortable working in scalable production environments deploying AI models and APIs with performance and reliability accountability.
