About This Role
- Own end-to-end product design execution for iPrep platforms spanning web, app, and devices, including building reusable components and prototyping key interactions.
- Conduct and support user research (interviews, usability testing) with diverse users including students and teachers from urban and rural contexts; translate insights into design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure design intent, provide specs, and pilot AI-assisted design workflows for faster ideation and production.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of product/UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital products, SaaS, or EdTech sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Figma including components, auto layout, and prototyping; comfortable with user research methods.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process including research, iteration, and high-fidelity outputs.
- Work Experience Required: 1–3 years in product/UX/UI design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing for diverse and challenging user contexts such as low-bandwidth, bilingual, or varied literacy environments, especially in education.
- Comfortable balancing research, design iteration, and hands-on execution under close mentorship, not working in isolation.
- Fluency and consistent use of AI tools (e.g., Figma AI) integrated regularly into design workflows.
