About This Role
- Design and deliver corporate events including agenda development, logistics, supplier management, and execution for internal and external audiences.
- Lead all aspects of event management such as budget ownership, contract negotiations with suppliers, and coordination of venues, catering, and technical support.
- Develop and implement event communication plans; manage event presence in tradeshows including booth placement and sponsorship strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience managing large conferences and meetings involving multiple disciplines.
- Strong project management skills demonstrated through organizing and executing large-scale events.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations, with budgeting and financial oversight capabilities.
