About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features integrated into web applications, including recommendation engines, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to train, validate, and optimize AI models focusing on performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate AI components via APIs or microservices and maintain AI systems post-deployment ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years total experience with at least 2 years in Agentic AI/Generative AI.
- Minimum 3 years experience building applications using Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong programming skills with hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and AI integration in web applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI developer with proven delivery of AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph within web platforms.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps.
- Skilled at collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that enhance user experience and automate processes.
