Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data platforms, or integrated OT/IT environments.
Experienced in collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to implement monitoring standards and govern observability practices.
Has strong analytical skills for system performance data, troubleshooting production issues, and leveraging telemetry and analytics for operational improvements.
Familiar with manufacturing IT/OT environments, service reliability practices, security and regulatory expectations within global, cross-functional organizations.
