About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical engagement for enterprise customers, including discovery, design, deployment, adoption, and optimization of Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange solutions.
- Architect and integrate Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) in complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments, including AI-driven workloads.
- Lead Zero Trust assessments, workshops, migration planning, and guide customers on securing identity frameworks, SaaS, and AI workflows to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Security/Network Consulting, Technical Account Management, Escalation Engineering, or SOC operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access frameworks (SAML, SSO/IdP, MFA, conditional access, ZTNA).
- Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, PAC files, GRE/IPSec, proxies, and firewalls.

- Possesses deep expertise in Zero Trust architectures, modern identity security, and emerging AI/ML security risks.
