About This Role
- Design, develop, and support secure, scalable AWS cloud-native platforms and operations, including AI/GenAI-powered solutions and automation.
- Manage cloud platforms with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, observability, AIOps, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Drive cloud security, compliance, FinOps cost optimization, and continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering and security teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-12 years cloud operations experience with hands-on AWS engineering: (Master’s + 6-8 yrs with 3+ yrs AWS or Bachelor’s + 8-10 yrs with 4+ yrs AWS or Diploma + 10-12 yrs with 5+ yrs AWS).
- Deep expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, EKS) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience in SRE principles (observability, MTTR, SLIs/SLOs), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Must support 24x7 onsite operations including off-hours, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to build and operate large-scale AWS platforms integrating AI/agent-based automation and modern cloud practices.
- Strong background in enterprise cloud security, compliance, operational excellence frameworks, and FinOps optimization.
- Experienced in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP), with a strategic focus on automation, monitoring, reliability, and incident management.
