About This Role
- Analyze, monitor, and improve enterprise data quality across platforms and migration programs.
- Perform advanced data profiling, validation, root-cause analysis, and lead remediation of data quality defects.
- Develop and implement data quality standards, controls, automated checks, and reporting for business and technology stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years professional experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data quality tools (e.g., SODA, Collibra Data Quality, Ataccama, Informatica Data Quality).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon S3 and Databricks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex data quality defect resolution across integrated data environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Able to translate technical data quality findings into actionable recommendations and communicate clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Familiar with automating data quality monitoring and reporting processes and applying advanced capabilities like data observability or AI-driven quality improvements.
