Strong knowledge of statutory benefits, tax considerations, compliance requirements, and vendor management in benefits administration.
Experienced in managing complex multi-country or JAPAC regional benefit programs within global organizations or shared services environments.
Demonstrates operational rigor in benefits compliance, audit preparedness, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
Skilled in vendor management, process improvement, and leveraging HRIS and support platforms to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
