About This Role
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, scorecards, and reports for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Engineering Operations Services (EOS) to support operational performance, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
- Design interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks integrating data from multiple enterprise sources such as Enterprise Data Lake (EDL).
- Manage KPI frameworks, governance, and reporting accuracy while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant analytics aligned with enterprise strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- 5–9 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data visualization, or data management roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboard and reporting solution development.
- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and collaborate with global teams; experience in data validation and quality assurance within regulated environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining KPI registries, metric catalogs, and reporting governance frameworks, especially for EHS, Engineering, or Operational domains.
- Skilled with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, enterprise data governance, and master data management to ensure scalable and compliant reporting.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups for translating business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
