Must be willing to work flexible shifts including 5 PM – 2 AM IST.
Ability to read and understand client documentation and draft/upload SWIFT messages.
Experience working with global markets account structures and multi-currency platforms like Multi Currency Horizon.
Demonstrated capability to handle client escalations independently and prioritize critical issues without manager oversight.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate between client service teams and sub-custodian banks.
