About This Role
- Develop and deliver software solutions that address business needs across backend, frontend, and integration layers, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Contribute to design, architecture discussions, and implementation of microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems, promoting engineering best practices and quality outcomes.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers while collaborating on cross-functional projects and experimenting with AI-assisted engineering tools for improved productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 11+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern application design patterns including Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end development on both backend and frontend technologies within large-scale, complex software environments.
- Skilled in cloud-native technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Demonstrates thought leadership by actively engaging in architectural improvements, applying best practices, and enabling team empowerment through coaching and mentoring.
