Degree or equivalent experience required; must be comfortable working AMER shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) and office-flexible (3 days/week onsite).
Senior-level practitioner with demonstrated hands-on use of Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or equivalent AI-powered success platforms in strategic customer-facing roles.
Ability to synthesize AI-generated insights into strategic, executive-level business narratives and recommendations with strong commercial acumen.
Experience defining or contributing to AI usage frameworks, governance, and driving consultative guidance to enterprise customers on Salesforce AI capabilities.
