About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes including invoicing, payments, ledger reconciliations, and ageing reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and timely tax return preparations and reconciliations.
- Support financial operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, monthly book closures, MIS reporting, and coordination with banks, vendors, and audits.
Minimum Requirements
- CA Inter or CA fresher mandatory; Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts handling AR, AP, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books mandatory; strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and ROC compliances required.
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience managing detailed financial operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong accounting fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability in handling statutory tax compliances and audit coordination with accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho Books indicating operational ownership and comfort with digital finance tools.
