About This Role
- Manage end-to-end finance operations including intercompany invoicing, payments, accounting, AP/AR, and period-end closings.
- Ensure statutory compliance and manage audits, taxation, transfer pricing, and financial controls for the India GCC setup and growth.
- Prepare financial reports (MIS, management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow) and coordinate banking, forex, and international payments, collaborating with global finance teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant finance experience; Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in finance roles.
- Qualification: CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws including GST, TDS, Companies Act, FEMA, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in MNCs, GCCs, IT/Software, Engineering, or Shared Services environments indicating familiarity with global finance operations.
- Proven ability to handle statutory compliance, audits, transfer pricing, and financial governance within complex organizational structures.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international stakeholders across finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement functions.
