About This Role
- Run end-to-end operations for Assurekit's purchase-protection programs, including enrollment, claims adjudication, settlements, and partner reporting.
- Ensure weekly operating cycles are executed with documented SOPs, driving claims TAT improvement, settlement accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams to automate manual processes and scale operations efficiently without headcount increase.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on operations experience in e-commerce, logistics/shipping, payments, lending, or insurance with ownership of high-volume recurring processes (claims, settlements, reconciliation).
- Experience running weekly or monthly reconciliation or payout cycles with partners or insurers and resolving breaks personally.
- Strong spreadsheet skills with ability to handle large datasets; comfortable using SQL or BI tools to extract data.
- Mumbai-based with ability to work 3 days per week in office (hybrid).

- Experienced operator with proven ability to manage complex, multi-step operational workflows involving partner coordination and financial reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented with strong process design skills and a focus on reducing turnaround times and error rates through SOPs and automation.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Finance, Partnerships) to drive operational improvements and scale programs.
