About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI systems for invoice-to-cash financial workflows, including data extraction, payment matching, and deduction management.
- Own end-to-end AI architecture and delivery ensuring scalable, production-ready AI across remittance processing, cash application, and ERP integration.
- Manage and lead a team of AI/ML engineers, collaborating with Product and ERP teams to drive AI roadmap and automation objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–14+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in NLP / LLM systems, entity extraction, classification, matching/reconciliation algorithms, and production AI deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience building scalable AI pipelines in SaaS or enterprise financial systems environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader owning AI solution execution, model performance, and enterprise AI strategy within financial systems automation.
- Proficient in AI architectures for agent-based, explainable, and audit-compliant systems in regulated domains.
- Domain experience with accounts receivable, cash application, remittance processing, and ERP-integrated AI automation.
