About This Role
- Define migration scope and approach by collaborating with object owners for data migration projects.
- Plan and manage the data migration sub-project including standards enforcement, status reporting, and issue resolution.
- Own Master Data governance specifically for India plant post India Rollout to global template; on-site presence at KE Plant in Chennai required throughout project.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- 9+ years of experience in Master Data Management (preferably Material/Customer/Vendor domains).
- 5+ years experience in End-to-End IT Project Management; SAP ERP data migration experience is advantageous.
- On-site presence at KE Plant, Chennai (India) required during entire project phase.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale data migration projects with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership in project/program management, able to motivate and hold diverse teams accountable.
- Knowledgeable in Master Data governance with proven ability to manage business and organizational challenges in manufacturing/plant environment.
