About This Role
- Own the implementation of the Istri Gas Agency Model in West Bengal, building relationships and onboarding LPG gas agencies.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of order placement, supply chain, distribution events, and vendor mobilization.
- Ensure accurate beneficiary data management, reporting, and communication with central and local teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Social Work, Management, Rural Development, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in field projects, CSR programs, NGOs, or operations roles.
- Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory; Hindi/English preferred.
- Location requirement: Kolkata; comfortable with field travel and coordination.

- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder field operations and supply chain in social or community projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills with agencies, vendors, and community partners in West Bengal.
- Ability to independently handle fieldwork, data management, and on-ground execution in a dynamic environment.
